  • All prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) or USD, depending on the user’s location.
  • Full payment must be made before service delivery unless otherwise agreed.
  • Payments are non-refundable once the service has commenced, as per our Refund Policy.

4. User Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the onboarding or order process.
  • You agree not to use our services for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, artwork, copywriting, and branding developed by us during the project remain the intellectual property of Spectral Musical Satans Pvt Ltd unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or resale is strictly prohibited.

Artists retain rights to their music, but any promotional content created by us may be used by us for portfolio, case studies, or marketing purposes unless the client opts out in writing.

7. Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines vary by service and are communicated during project confirmation. While we strive to meet deadlines, occasional delays may occur due to third-party platforms, technical limitations, or incomplete submissions by the client.

8. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Spectral Musical Satans Pvt Ltd, its directors, employees, or affiliates be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Third-Party Platforms

We may use third-party platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, Instagram, or media portals for service execution. We are not responsible for their downtime, policy changes, or performance, but will assist in resolving issues where possible.

10. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services without notice if:

  • Fraudulent or abusive behavior is detected
  • Non-cooperation or communication delays hinder project delivery

No refunds will be issued in such cases.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
