Cancellation and Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms under which refunds, cancellations, and service withdrawals are handled by Spectral Musical Satans Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) operating through MusicalSatans.com.
By purchasing any service from us, you agree to the terms set forth in this Policy.
1. Service-Based Nature
Musical Satans provides digital services such as PR campaigns, music distribution, artist management, branding, social media marketing, playlist pitching, and content creation. These services are personalized and begin processing shortly after an order is confirmed.
Due to the digital and time-sensitive nature of our services, all sales are final and non-refundable once the work has commenced.
2. Cancellation Policy
a. Before Project Commencement
You may cancel an order within 12 hours of purchase only if the project work has not begun. In such cases, a cancellation request must be sent to support@musicalsatans.com with your order details. If eligible, you will receive a 100% refund minus payment gateway charges.
b. After Project Has Started
Once our team has started working on your project (including brainstorming, content creation, outreach, or any other initial stage), no cancellations or refunds will be granted.
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are strictly non-refundable:
- PR Campaigns already launched or under production
- Music Distribution already submitted to platforms
- Social Media or Influencer Marketing already in execution
- Promotional Services (YouTube, Spotify, etc.) already initiated
- Any service purchased under a custom package
- Third-party paid collaborations or features
4. Delay or Non-Performance by Artist/Client
If services are delayed or cannot be completed due to a lack of response, delay in asset submission, or miscommunication from the client’s side, the amount paid will not be refunded. In such cases, the service will be held on for up to 15 days from the original start date. After that, the project will be marked as closed.
5. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved (within the 12-hour cancellation window), it will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original method of payment. Any transaction or payment gateway fees will be deducted.
6. Dispute Resolution
If you believe you were wrongly charged or are dissatisfied with the outcome, we encourage you to contact our support team directly at support@musicalsatans.com before initiating a chargeback or third-party dispute.
We are committed to fair treatment and will do our best to resolve any issues amicably.
